    Forgot Password?

    • Your Blackboard password is the same password used for your TRC student email.
    • Even if your browser remembers your email password, reset the password if you see the "incorrect password" message.
    • Unable to reset your password by following the directions in the slides below? Call the Welcome Center at 573-840-9605 and request a "student email password reset", which is linked to your blackboard password.

    If your initial password does not work, call the Welcome Center at 573-840-9605 for sign-in assistance: 

    Your initial password is a combination of the following:

    Example Student: Rocky Raider, born on July 1, 1966

    Starts with dollar sign = $

    First initial of first name, capitalized = R

    First initial of last name, not capitalized = r

    Birthday in numerical format: Month (2 digits), Day (2 digits), Year ( 4digits) = 07011966

    Ends in an exclamation point = !

    Based on these criteria, the initial password would be $Rr07011966!

    About Blackboard

    Blackboard is the web-based system used to access online courses and additional web portions of face-to-face courses. Students normally have access to the course syllabus and material starting the first day of the course. Login assistance is available by calling 573-840-9605.


  • Tutoring at a distance (Monday, November 22, 2021)

    Get virtual tutoring through the Tutoring and Learning Center (TLC)! The TLC offers distance tutoring through Blackboard. Post questions on the discussion board or submit a paper for review by a tutor. If you need more assistance, contact the TLC via email at tlc@trcc.edu or by phone at 573-840-9638, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday - Friday, and we will put you in direct contact with an appropriate tutor.
